Our Standards Are High - By Design
Co Valere's clients are FTSE 250 and enterprise organisations with complex, business-critical technology environments. They expect - and receive - senior-level expertise on every engagement. We hold our Associates to the same standard as our permanent team.
We look for Associates who have:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on delivery experience in their chosen discipline
- Demonstrable experience working at enterprise scale - not just SME or startup environments
- Relevant certifications where applicable (TOGAF, Workato, MuleSoft, AWS, Azure, etc.)
- The ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and C-suite audiences
- A track record of delivery - not just advisory or design work
- Strong written communication skills and attention to documentation quality
